Led ~20-person mobile engineering team building BJ’s in-house React Native app from scratch to replace an outsourced Ionic/Capacitor solution.

• Audited Ionic/Capacitor architecture (plugin coverage, bridge performance, WebView limits) and defined a phased React Native migration strategy to feature parity.

Led full re-platforming of My Canopy Health — React Native apps, React web portal, admin dashboard — for a Bay Area healthcare network serving 500K+ members. Managed a ~10-person dev + QA org.

• Migrated legacy services to Azure Function Apps + Cosmos DB, introduced IaC via ARM templates.
• Integrated Okta SSO/OIDC with custom OAuth flows aligned to HIPAA for PII/PHI.
• Authored a TypeScript bridge wrapping native iOS/Android SDKs for React Native; shipped clean.
• Integrated telehealth (live video/audio) across browser and mobile via third-party SDK orchestration.

• Architected a blockchain-based mobile trading platform on Hyperledger Fabric + React Native + Node/TypeScript + Redis + Kubernetes.
• Delivered a React Native + GraphQL workflow app that replaced email trade approvals, reducing turnaround from hours to minutes.
• Created reusable iOS frameworks (Swift + Obj-C) for SSO, networking, and data grids — adopted firm-wide.
• Established the mobile team from the ground up — hiring, CI/CD, MobileIron MDM for 3,000+ employees, agile, Apple Enterprise admin.
